A semi-industrial slicer of excellence, the Full T2 enables very large batches of loaves to be sliced with two operators. The motorised loading belt provides regular and continuous slicing. Being equipped with a bag blower facilitates packaging to a great extent.

It depends on the quantity, usually it’s around 15-30 days of production.

Empty the crumb collector and clenn the blade with soft brush daily.
